Bigg Boss is back with its 14th season and this time too the series has some interesting contestants this season. In case you have not been following the show, 11 contestants entered the house at the time of grand premiere which was organised on October 3. The names of these contestants are Rahul Vaidya, Rubina Dilaik, Abhinav Shukla, Eijaz Khan, Jaan Kumar Sanu, Pavitra Punia, Nikki Tamboli, Sara Gurpal, Shehzad Deol, Jasmin Bhasin and Nishant Singh Malkani. There are also some ex-contestants that are a part of the show - Hina Khan, Gauahar Khan and Sidharth Shukla. They have been assigned the role of Toofani Seniors.
It is expected that there will be some new additions in the house. There were speculations that Gautam Gulati will be entering the Bigg Boss’s house as another senior. Gautam had won the season 8 and there were many rumours regarding him also being a part of the current season as a senior. However, new reports suggest that he may enter the show but only as a guest.
The speculations regarding Gautam entering the Bigg Boss house have intensified ever since he dropped the hint in this regards. Taking to his Twitter, Gautam said, “He recently tweeted, "Sad that I could not join big boss last week because of shooting schedule per soch raha hu in sab ko jane do phir marta hu entry jaldi ..kyun big boss ? (However, I am thinking of making my entry after others leave. What say Bigg Boss?)"
Apart from Gautam there are also speculations of Shehnaz Gill being a part of this season’s show. There were earlier reports that she would be joining Sidharth Shukla when he entered the show and many fans were disappointed when she did not join him. It is now being said that she too may be coming in as a guest.
Another name that was earlier cropping to join the senior gang was that of Vikas Gupta but it was has now been confirmed that he will not be a part of this season.
Not just seniors there are also whispers that four new housemates that will be entering the show in the coming week. Pinkvilla has learnt from one of its sources has got to know that these four new contestants are Naina Singh, Shardul Pandit, Rashmi Gupta and Pratik Sehajpal. Pratik Sehajpal is Pavitra Punia’s ex-boyfriend.
Pavitra is already making headlines for being Paras Chabra’s ex-girlfriend. Paras was one of the finalists in the season 13 and he and Pavitra have been name-calling each other on numerous occasions in this week.
All these four contestants are said to be kept in a quarantine zone and may enter the house on October 16. It is also being speculated that all four of them may be kept in a secret room to start with and later introduced with the 11 existing contestants.
