The St. Regis Mumbai is adding to its spirit of traditions and awaits for you to embark on a culinary journey this Chinese New Year with a specially curated menu by chef, Chef Xiang Bin Li at By the Mekong, The St. Regis Mumbai. 

Discover the traditions, dishes and drinks that are part of China's most important holiday. Some of the highlighted dishes are Steam Duck With Oyster Mushroom, Chicken Stock In Saigon Sauce, Broccoli In Gingko nut With Chili Garlic Sauce and Steam Whole Fish With Pickled Vegetables.

Devour on some of Mekong House Special cocktails like Thailand 1,100, Vodka, oriental leaf, cranberry, hazelnut; The Mekong Bowl, Gin, oriental lime, cranberry, star anise, freshly squeezed lime juice, fresh fruits finished with flamed Cointreau; Mysterious Plain, Vodka, tamarind, sugar and Lower Mekong, Vodka, kumquat, basil, freshly squeezed lime juice, sugar.

Humbled by the art of cookery as Chef Li's inheritance, he enjoys creating stories behind every dish that he presents and attributes everything to his cultural upbringing. Chinese new year at By The Mekong will be celebrated from January 25th with Chef Li’s special a la carte menu with exemplary authenticity.
