Chinese New Year is here!
Meishi, The Park is all set to ring in the festival with a grand feast comprised of traditional offerings, each judiciously selected to signify good luck for the lunar year ahead. Celebrate the year of the Rat with lion dancing, food, fun and entertainment. The feast is presenting from Saturday, 25 January to Sunday, 9th February, and is also available for brunch.
Keeping the notions of the Chinese traditions in mind, Meishi is set to host a grand feasting extravaganza celebrating the Chinese New Year. Through a specialized festive menu, Chef Altamsh Patel has ensured to bring his expertise into curating some of his authentic Chinese favorites. Each dishes laced with auspicious meanings to bring good fortune and happiness. The menu is concise and yet ample, ranging from Soups such as Meishi’s white Manchow or Hot and Sour soup with chilly oil and scallions to starters like Crispy honey chilly lotus stem, Stir-fried Water chestnut and shitake in black bean sauce, Turnip cake with golden garlic, Salt and pepper prawns, Hunan style Stir fried chicken julienne and Crispy lamb burnt chilly. The dim sums will hit the spot: Pokchoy dumpling in black bean sauce, Shitake hoisin bao, Cantonese prawns Har gau, Chinese Peking dumpling in ginger soy and Char Siu bao.
When it comes to mains, there’s something for everyone, whether its Stir-fried broccoli with toasted garlic, Crispy sesame crusted tofu with plum and chili sauce, Straight up beans with dried chili and crispy garlic for vegetarians or Steamed lobster in homemade XO sauce, Stir fried Tiger prawns, Kung pao chicken with cashew nuts, Stir- fry lamb honey chilly for the meat lovers. The chef has pre-selected choices of rice and noodles that will truly become the crowd favourites including Pan fried noodles with a topping of your choice, Hakka Noodles, Sichuan Noodles, Yang Chow Fried Rice, Burnt Garlic Fried Rice and Jasmine Rice. Don’t miss the desserts including Date pancake with ice cream, Honey noodle with ice cream and Mango sago pudding.
