PCOS DECODED: Wellness Wednesdays At Sante Spa Cuisine

Santé Spa Cuisine was conceptualised with the idea of bringing about an Honestly Healthy Mumbai. From using organic food to making home-made butter and Ragi based Pizzas, Santé has been persevering for its cause in a delicious way. Now the restaurant endeavours to bring to light, health concerns and issues every Wednesday from 4 PM – 7 PM under the umbrella of ‘Wellness Wednesday.’

This Wednesday, the 22nd of May, Santé Spa cuisine is bringing in Dr. Rakhee Jain Arora, a nutrition consultant and founder of Zen Tiger Kombucha and owner of Gym, Fit Factory, to conduct a workshop on PCOS. INR 525, join us with a beverage and an appetizer from the Wellness Menu to learn the A – Z on PCOS.

Dr. Rakhee will speak to enlighten the audience about PCOS. The topics that are going to be covered are as follows:

5. What diet should one follow- Carbs, Fat, Protein, Fibre, Hydration

There will be a Q&A session to solve all your doubts and confusion too.
