In order to ease the traffic on the adjoining roads, the following traffic arrangements will be in place between 2 pm to 10 pm.

In view of the road show on May 15, 2024, in Mumbai's Ghatkopar area, large number of individuals are expected to participate in it. It will be held by Prime Minister Narendra Modi ahead of the upcoming Lok Sabha Elections in Mumbai, which is scheduled for May 20. 

PM Modi will be addressing a rally first at Dindori and then at Kalyan before coming to Ghatkopar for the roadshow.

The 2.5 km long roadshow will be starting at 8 pm from Shreyas Cinema on LBS Marg to Gandhi Market.

Therefore, in order to ease the traffic on the adjoining roads, the following traffic arrangements will be in place between 2 pm to 10 pm.

In its official statement, Mumbai Police further noted: "Citizens and motorists are appealed to plan their journey accordingly and use alternate routes to reach their desired destinations.

"These" Roads Will Be Closed for Vehicular Traffic:

L.B.S. Road from Gandhi Nagar Junction to Naupada Junction and on Mahul-Ghatkopar road from Meghraj Junction to R.B.

Kadam Junction shall be closed for all type vehicular movement on both the bound.

"These" Routes Shall Be Closed for Vehicles if required:

1. Vehicular traffic On Andheri - Ghatkopar Link Road from Ghatkopar Junction to Sakinaka Junction.

2. Vehicular traffic towards Gulati petrol pump junction from Hiranandani Kailash.

3. Vehicular traffic form Golibar Maidan and Ghatkopar Metro Station (W) towards Sarvodaya Junction.

1. Eastern Express Highway

2. Western Express Highway

3. Andheri-Kurla Road

4. Saki Vihar Road

5. MIDC Central Road

6. Santacruz Chembur Link Road (SCLR)

7.Sion- Bandra Link Road

8. Jogeshwari Vikroli Link Road (JVLR)
