Navi Mumbai: Razing of Anti-unauthorised hoarding operation continues

According to the guidelines of the state government, the action against unauthorised hoarding through the encroachment department has been continued more effectively from morning till dawn as per the instructions given by Navi Mumbai Municipal Commissioner Dr. Kailas Shinde and five big hoardings in Ghansoli, Koparkhairane and Turbhe divisions have been removed.


Under the control of Deputy Commissioner of Encroachment Department, Dr. Rahul Gethe, Assistant Commissioners and Departmental Officers of all departments and their subordinate colleagues along with the technical team effectively carried out the unauthorised hoarding removal campaign for two consecutive days till dawn.

Two big hoardings at Hotel Ramda, Auram Residential Complex at Thane Belapur Service Road in Ghansoli Division were evicted. Similarly, a very large hoarding near the Fire Brigade of MIDC in Koparkhairane Division on Thane Belapur Road was also removed.

In Turbhe Division, one large unauthorised hoarding at APMC Market and two large unauthorised hoardings on footpath near Turbhe Railway Station were removed by working till dawn.
