Ghatkopar - MNS Corporator Sanjay Bhalerao with aid of BMC constructed artificial pond in the Ward No. 119, Ghatkopar. Upto 3.5ft high Ganpati idol is immersed in the pond. This is the second year when artificial pond is constructed for immersion. The devotees who came in were gifted Tulsi plant & were tied traditional Marathi turban. Plant trees was the message group wanted to convey. Ram Niranjan Jhunjhunwala College students were on duty under guidance of Mumbai police co-ordination & handling the event.
