Two days are left for the arrival of Bappa. And still the roads of Mumbai are filled with big potholes. Despite of assurances, BMC didn’t keep their promise of repairing the potholes. And so, this ganesh festival too, Bappa will not be able to dodge the potholes. Clean Marshall of Bandra East has written to BMC asking to solve the potholes issue as soon as possible.
