Colaba area is considered to be one of the posh areas of SoBo. However, it has failed to remain the same. Colaba city now has become destination of litter and foul smell. Residents took their grievances to local corporator and met A Ward's assistant commissioner Kiran Dighavkar. They spoke about their civic problems in length. For now, civic official has assured of an action.
