Ghatkopar - Public toilet installed on Golibar road in Ghatkopar (west) has turned into dumping ground. The waste is mounting with every passing day. The nearby localites are throwing waste there but no one is bothered about the growing insanity. BMC is also least affected by the miserable state of public toilet. Hardly anyone is seeing availing the facility of public toilet.
