Mumbai's best literary festival, Tata Literature Live concluded on Sunday, November 17. With an aim to felicitate writers and publishers along with providing a platform for the literature lover; it gives recognition to books and authors from various genres. The award ceremony was held on Sunday at National Centre of Performing Arts (NCPA).

While receiving the award, writer, translator and film critic Shanta Gokhale said,
I feel honoured to be a Lifetime awardee of Tata Literature Live! It is a grand encouragement for me to go on writing and thinking. I am often asked about writing in English and Marathi. Both languages have a rhythm and cadence of their own.
