Evergreen actor Shashi Kapoor breathed his last yesterday at Kokilaben hospital in Mumbai when he was being treated for his prolonged illness. He had been suffering from ailments for the past few years and had also undergone a bypass surgery.
The actor’s funeral took place today at Santacruz Hindu crematorium in Mumbai. Along with the family members Randhir Kapoor, Ranbir Kapoor, Rishi Kapoor many B-town celebs such as Amitabh Bachchan, Saif Ali Khan, Shah Rukh Khan, Sanjay Dutt, Naseeruddin Shah attended the funeral to pay their last respects to the legendary actor.
