PUBG, a mobile combat game, has become a new obsession for the youth in India. Even so that Prime Minister Narendra Modi made a reference regarding this game while addressing a question at an event earlier.
Earlier, a young boy had written to Maharashtra Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis along with other ministers in state and union government to ban PUBG including Union Minister Ravi Shankar Prasad, Maharashtra Education Minister Vinod Tawde.
However, after not getting a reply, the 11-year-old moved to court. The young boy, Ahad Niyaz, studies in Arya Vidya Mandir school. Niyaz said that he had written the letter to Minister of Information and Broadcast and others in order to ban the game.

The boy has argued that this game is making children angry and violent. The petition demands the Bombay High Court to direct Maharashtra government to impose an immediate ban on PUBG.
