Lower Parel- Shiv Sena youth president Aditya Thackeray inaugurated the Bal Thackeray garden. This was done at Cross Lane's Prakash Cotton mill. Mayor Snehal Ambekar, MLA Sunil Shinde, corporator Kishori Pednekar were present during this inauguration.
