Mumbai - Leader of Opposition in the BMC, Pravin Chheda, had demanded to return the BEST undertaking’s budget due to mistakes in it. It is mandatory to show this budget of at least Rs 1 lakh surplus but it was showing the deficit. This had forced the standing committee to record this budget. Finally, Chheda’s demand was granted and the budget was sent back to the BEST administration.
