Constant decrease in the revenue, BEST buses took a unique initiative by origin a communication program name 'BEST Thet Bhet' which means people will directly interact with the BEST about their problems. This program will be conducted on September 11 in Dharavi, Kalakila, Kurla, Marol, Dindoshi.
