Dharavi- On 29th December, tension was seen at Dharavi when BMC officials, devotees and police were at loggerheads over demolition of old temples. However, four old temples were demolished by G ward officials. This was done irrespective of the protest carried out by devotees and temple trustees. These temples were built at Dharavi’s 90 feet road which was obstructing the traffic.
