Mulund- Mulund's T ward celebrated R-Day, where assistant municipal commissioner Prashant Sapkale unfurled the flag.
Workers who were present organised a parade and saluted the flag. On this occasion, the ward office was decorated with flowers and rangoli.
Meanwhile, Sapkale congratulated civic workers for making it to the list of the Clean Mulund initiative.
