BMC gear up for Gauri-Ganesha Visarjan

Mumbai-  This saturday, Gauri- Ganapati visarjan ceremony will take place. BMC is all charged up for the big day, the bandobast for the visarjan is planned. 5,173 municipal workers & 2,382 officials will be on duty.

Steps to facilitate the visarjan ceremony:-

• 100 artificial lakes constructed
• 63 natural places like beach, lakes, streams, etc.
• 607 lifeguards on duty
• 87 motorboats for facilitating visarjan
