Mumbai- BMC now will look after water conservation, very seriously and with a keen eye. This will include water wastage, polluted water and replacing old water pipelines issues. BMC will spend Rs. 30,000 crores for the said project. Last year January 2015, four contractors were hired to carry out the work. However, as the contract is getting over next year January 2017, BMC will now hire new contractors for the same.
