Mumbai- Under its ongoing programme, the BMC is committed to making Mumbai free from open-defecation by 15 December under ‘Swachh Bharat Abhiyan’.
Now, actor Salman Khan has been chosen as brand ambassador for the drive. For a start, Salman will donate six free mobile toilets and will also promote the cause through his NGO - ‘Being Human’. He will also be seen on social networking websites talking about the drive. Under this campaign, two mobile toilets will be built, one each for men and women. Along with this, clean-up marshals will impose a fine on people who do not use toilets and prefer open defecation.
