Girgaum - The construction work of the road in front of Central Plaza cinema is underway for the past three months. Workers have been leaving debris at the same spot after digging it up, troubling pedestrians and local residents. Shopkeeper Nimesh Jain told Mumbai Live, "The BMC has started this work three months ago, but still the work has not been completed because of which commuters are having a tough time."
