Fire at CineVista Studios in Kanjurmarg
In another fire related incident in Mumbai, CineVista Studios on LBS Road caught fire. 7 fire engines had to be called to bring the fire under control. There were about 150 people trapped inside who were successfully rescued.
Reports state that the fire started during the shooting of the TV serial, 'Bepanah'. Initial reports also suggest that the fire could have originated in the janitor van. The fire station has noted it as a Level 3 fire.
Fortunately, no casualties have been reported in the incident. However, the entire studio has been burnt down.
