As per the information received, the fire broke out on the sets of this magnum opus show, Radha Krishn, in Umergaon. Sources say that the incident happened due to a short circuit, after which a major fire spread on the Vrindavan section of the sets. Thankfully, no one has been injured in the incident.

Produced by the popular Siddharth Kumar Tewary, the sets of this Star Bharat show was apparently one of the most expensive sets ever built for a show on Indian television. The show also boasts to be the biggest love story seen on TV in India, which shows the romance between Radha and Krishna.

The show stars Sumedh Mudgalkar and newcomer Mallika Singh in the lead roles. Sharing his thought on the incident, Writer and Producer Siddharth Kumar Tewary said Human life is of utmost value for us! Everything is under control and all are safe! Thank you for all the concern pouring in, on his Twitter handle.
