Grant Road - Stalls staged outside the Grant Road station is troubling the passengers to the core. The stalls are set up on either side of the passage leading to the railway station. Hawkers selling shirts, earphones, bags, etc. have captured full passage. Commuters have reported the growing concern to railway police, but to their dismay, no action has been taken against encroachers.
