Dr Ambedkar's 126th birth anniversary celebrated

On the occasion of the 126th birth anniversary of Dr Bhimrao Ramji Ambedkar, a grand procession was scheduled on Thursday in Worli.

At midnight, a procession was taken out from Ambedkar Bhavan and a huge crowd of people gathered for the procession and celebrated Dr Ambedkar Jayanti.

On this occasion, NCP Mumbai President Sachin Ahire, local MLA Sunil Shinde, Deputy Mayor Hemangi Worlikar, corporator Santosh Kharat and Ashish Chemburkar were present.
