Travel companies like Kesari Tours and Nilesh Holidays are actively coordinating with local UAE authorities to ensure the safety and comfort of their clients. Kesari Tours reported that around 60 tourists in Dubai have been accommodated in hotels, with guides and staff monitoring the situation closely. Alternate arrangements, including relocating some groups from Abu Dhabi to Dubai, have also been made, with plans to facilitate their return to India once air travel stabilizes.
Nilesh Holidays said that a group of approximately 40 travellers from Abu Dhabi has already returned safely to Mumbai. Future tours to Gulf countries have been postponed, and affected travellers are being offered full refunds or alternative destinations such as Vietnam and Bhutan to continue their trips safely.
Operators emphasised that they remain in constant contact with Indian diplomatic missions and UAE authorities, assuring stranded tourists that their safety is being prioritised while arrangements for return are finalized.
The ongoing conflict has caused widespread flight cancellations in the Gulf region, prompting local authorities to extend support, including hotel accommodation and meals, to affected travellers.
