Kurla- Residents of Kurla now will get rid of narrow gutters as the BMC has planned to widen them and cover them with lids. The area has many congested, small gutters which overflow on to the streets causing problems to the residents. The BMC now plans to carry out widening of these small gutters. Resident Mandeep Singh has welcomed the move saying this will help in combating diseases which occur due to the sewage water spilling on the roads.
