Colaba - Today is 31 December and no guesses all the people must be having some or the other palns to celebrate the passing year and welcoming the new year. The hulabaloo which will be created on the roads of Mumbai, in certain needs a planning and startegy to calm the outburst to some extent. Keeping the night long celebration in the prominent locations which includes Gateway of India, Marine Lines and few hotels in the town which will be teeming with crowd. Traffic department has geared to man the huge traffic outburst in the mentioned areas. Few measures have been taken for a certain time period i. e., 31 December, evening 7 pm - 1 January, 2017 6 am.
