CST - Illegal parking throughout the day near Metro Big Cinemas at Masjid Bunder is creating a nuisance for commuters. The road connects to the BMC office. In spite of a 'No Parking' signboard which hangs over the electric pole, there is no restraint. This illegal parking leads to traffic congestion on the road.
