Sion - Mumbai BJP President Ashish Shelar inaugurated poet Dr. Mangesh Padgaonkar's chowk on Wednesday. The plaque was constructed near J.R. Mehta park. He has 40 publications to his credit, most published by the publishing house Mouj Prakashan. Present during the inauguration ceremony were Ashish Shelar, corporator Rajeshri Shirwadkar, Ajit Padgaonkar and residents.
