Fire breaks out in Thane's Saket area

In a recently reported incident, a massive fire broke out in Thane's Saket area on June 17. The incident was reported late on Wednesday evening and was confined to the slum area near Saket shopping centre in Thane West.

According to ANI, rescue teams and officials were immediately informed and sent to the location by Maharashtra State Electricity Distribution Company (MSEDC). Currently, fire brigade teams and authorities are present at the location to extinguish the fire.

Reports state that one rescue vehicle, one fire engine and a water tank have been sent. No casualties or injuries were reported and the reason for the fire is yet identified.
