The Maharashtra Housing and Area Development Authority (MHADA) Konkan Board has announced an online lottery for 5,285 affordable houses in Thane, Mira Bhayandar and Navi Mumbai. A total of 5,362 houses and plots are available in this lottery, including plots available in Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR) and Sindhudurg districts of Konkan region.
The Konkan Board has made houses available in premium locations like Sanpada and Nerul under the Economically Weaker Section (EWS) and Low Income Group (LIG) respectively. Most of the units offered under the LIG section are in Thane, Kalyan, Palghar, Mira Road and Vasai areas.
In Navi Mumbai, 9 units in Nerul are priced between Rs 24 and 31 lakhs while DPVG Ventures LLP is offering 11 EWS/LIG units priced between Rs 14 and 25 lakhs.
Neelkanth Infotech in Ghansoli has 11 units priced between Rs 16 and 25 lakhs. Kamdhenu Grandeur, a premium project in Sanpada, offers 9 EWS units priced between Rs 24 and 29 lakhs.
Other premium projects offering housing units include Abhidharshan Corporation LLP (Titwala), Metro Dream Homes (Daighar, Thane), Sadguru Developers (Titwala) and Glory Township (Thane).
The lottery is divided into five components. These include 20% Inclusive Housing Scheme, 15% Integrated Urban Housing Scheme, additional 1,677 flats under Konkan Board Housing Scheme and 41 flats under 50% Affordable Housing category.
The provisional list of eligible applications will be published on MHADA’s official website at 6 pm on August 21, 2025. The final list of eligible applicants will be published on the same website at 6 pm on September 1.
The computerized lottery for eligible applications will be held on September 3, 2025 at 10 am at Dr. Kashinath Ghanekar Auditorium, Thane. Applicants will get the lottery results through SMS, email and mobile application.
