Dharavi – The water pipeline on the Dharavi’s M G Road has busted due to which sewage water is getting mixed up with the drinking water. Since many days residents have to drink this affected water as no civic official has come ahead to solve the issue.
The pipeline which broke at M G Road provides water to Sion and Dharavi. Residents believe that civic officials are getting confused as to exactly which water pipeline has busted. “To reach out to civic officials, we posted the photo of contaminated water on social networking website. Even we have a right to drink clean water. We are also planning to write to ward officer Ramkant Biradar,” said N R Paul, a resident.
