In order to tighten road traffic regulations, the Union Government has passed the Motor Vehicle Amendment Bill of 2019 which has drastic changes with regards to the fine for penalties and violations. The move will soon be implemented in Mumbai as well. Check out the comparison between the old and the new regulations to save yourself from paying hefty fines:
