Mumbai – People criticise the BMC whenever they have to go to public toilets in the city. They have to place the handkerchief on their noses due to the bad condition of these toilets. Now, citizens will see a changed look of these toilets as the civic body has decided to implement rating for toilets. A rating machine has been put up in these public toilets. Users of these toilets will have to give their remarks on its cleanliness. On being rated, the concerned employees may keep toilets clean, said Shailesh Waghela.
