Omkar foundation honours poor women

On the occasion of International Women’s Day, Omkar Foundation had organized a special programme for poor women at Parel’s Damodar hall. For this programme, India’s first woman fire fighter, fire brigade officer Harshini Kanekar was present as a chief guest. Apart from this, Arun Varma, famous bike rider Leena Jain, Harsha Mukherjee, and Rekha Verma were present as guest of honour.


 More than 400 women not only participated but they also displayed their talent.  These women were felicitated for their talent and work. This foundation has been working closely with these women so that they get a proper platform to exhibit their talent.
