Mumbai- Central Zoo Authority has taken penguin’s death in to consideration and has sent the notice to the BMC commissioner asking for the negligence. They have thrashed the BMC for handling penguins with negligence. Meanwhile, opposition political party leader Pravin Chheda complained to the Lok Ayukta about the penguin death. He has alleged that BMC has done corruption in bringing in penguins. Following the complaint, Lok Ayukta has sent the summons to the Byculla zoo’s
