A BEST bus was damaged in Mumbai on Sunday midnight. Similarly, 9 buses have been vandalised so far in the city. The incidents took place in Dharavi, Mankhurd, Shivaji Nagar, Charkop, Oshiwara, Deonar and Inorbit Mall.

After the vandalism incidents, BEST bus services were affected and the buses were seen parked in the depot in the view of Maharashtra bandh.

Due to this, passengers commuting for their work faced trouble in reaching to office.

The management of BEST has demanded police protection and after reviewing the situation, asked all the depots to run buses.
