Mulund - Residents of Hari Om Nagar, which is nearby Mulund toll plaza on the eastern express highway, are requesting to shift this plaza. Though the residents here are given special passes granting amnesty from the toll, they are stressed out due to the constant traffic jams. Every time they are going out or coming back, they have to maneuver through the heavy traffic at the plaza. They want the plaza to be shifted from the current location, to end their worries forever.
