Kurla- Around 12pm, a fire broke out at a transformer in Kurla west. As this was next to the vegetable mandi, residents immediately contacted the police. Following to which, three fire brigade vehicles reached the spot and doused the fire within no time. There was no casualty but it affected the electric supply for some time in the vicinity.
