Lower Parel- Hawkers have encroached the footpath of Ganpatrao Kadam road which is nearby Lower Parel station. Pedestrians are unable to walk on this encroached footpath. Due to this encroachment, people have started walking on the road which is leading to the traffic issues. “Technically there is a footpath but we are not able to walk on it due to the hawkers. BMC knows about it but no action is being taken," said Ashwini Pimpre, resident.
