Chembur - A dumper involved in an accident with a BEST bus one and half months ago continues to lie unattended on V N Purav Marg, Chembur. This has been causing serious problems for commuters resulting in traffic congestion. Commuters have reported the problem to the authorities concerned but no action has been undertaken. Traffic police also seem to be unaware of the existence of the dumper on the road.
