A woman named Sharda Ghodeswar died in a tragic incident at Chembur when a tree fell on her head while she was waiting for a bus.
Sharda was a Panjalpol resident and was returning home on Thursday morning. She was waiting for a bus at Chembur’s Diamond garden bus stop when suddenly a tree fell on her head killing her on the spot.
Police are investigating the matter to know more about the unfortunate incident.
Prior to this incident, a woman died in a similar manner in Chembur when a tree fell on her while she was taking her morning walk. There was another such incident when a woman died in a similar way in Colaba.
