To facilitate traffic flow due to the ongoing concreting work on roads in Mumbai, Shankarrao Naram Path in Worli has been made a temporary one-way road till midnight of December 7, 2025.
The one-way road will remain in force for 24 hours from Ganpatrao Kadam Marg to Pandurang Budhkar Marg.
This decision has been taken as half of the 12-meter wide road is closed for excavation.
This order has been issued by DCP (Headquarters and Central Traffic) Dr. Dipali Dhate under the Motor Vehicles Act.
Alternate routes
• Traffic on Dr. Annie Besant Road:
Pandurang Budhkar Marg – Kurne Chowk – Gopalnagar Junction – Deepak Talkies – N. M. Joshi Road – S. L. Matkur Marg – via Senapati Bapat Road
• Traffic from Podar Junction:
Worli Naka – Left Ganpatrao Kadam Marg
• Traffic coming from Coastal Road / Sea-Link:
Bindu Madhav Junction – Podar Junction – Worli Naka – Ganpatrao Kadam Marg
The traffic police have requested motorists to use these mentioned alternate routes and drive carefully during this period.
