Hardik Pandya receives a gift from Manchester United

All-rounder Hardik Pandya is one of the Indian players who is eager to participate in the football warm-up drill, an initiative started by Indian ex-captain MS Dhoni. Pandya’s affection for football has earned him a gift from an international football club, Manchester United.

He shared the news with his fans on Thursday and took to Twitter to express his delight towards the football club for their heartfelt gift which was a jersey with the signatures of the players of the club. Here’s what the Mumbai Indians all-rounder wrote while sharing Gulf Oil’s tweet:

Pandya had a commendable IPL season as he picked up 18 wickets in 13 matches for his team, Mumbai Indians. His role will be pivotal in the upcoming England tour since captain Kohli trusts him for his skills with the bat as well as the ball.

Pandya became the ambassador of Gulf Oil in March and is the second Indian cricketer, after MS Dhoni, to be declared as the brand ambassador.
