Royal Challengers Bangalore player Sarfaraz Khan is all set to come back to the Mumbai Ranji team. The batsman recently deposited the No Objection Certificate (NOC) to Mumbai Cricket Association (MCA) after collecting it from Uttar Pradesh State Cricket Association (UPSCA).

Three years back, Sarfaraz had left the Mumbai team due to lack of opportunity and had joined Uttar Pradesh cricket team for the 2015-16 season. However, he played only three Ranji matches that season and five matches in the next season. However, the 20-year old got injured before the T20 matches and missed out the entire season.

Sarfaraz now will have to complete his cooling period of one year as per MCA rules for representing Mumbai.
