A youth died of electrocution while cleaning a gutter in Baiganwadi in Govandi.
Akhtar Khan (28) got in a gutter to clean it, but there was an open wire lying in the gutter. After coming in contact with the wire Khan lost his life due to electrocution. Govandi police have lodged a complaint against four accused. Police had arrested Anees Qureshi (34).
