Goregaon – Paru, a female elephant (cow) who was brought in Filmcity in Goregaon East for shooting died on Friday evening. The 38-year-old animal was ailing and she was brought for the shooting of an advertisement in Lake Side area of the Filmcity. The forest department had given permission for use of elephants in the ad, said Filmcity assistant studio manager Shivaji Bhosale.
