Borivali – Borivali RPF personnel arrested one Ashok Suresh Bhardwaj on charges of stealing a mobile handset from Suresh Nayak at around 12:40 pm on Sunday. Nayak was getting off a local train when the accused allegedly robbed him. Bhardwaj was arrested by the RPF personnel and later handed over to the Railway Police.
